Cobalah tenang dalam setiap hiruk pikuk dan kegompohan dunia dan ingatlah bahwa kedamaian mungkin saja berada dalam kesunyian. Bagaimanapun tetaplah bertahan dalam memegang kebenaran alias keyakinan di tengah hujatan pedas yang jelas terdengar dan cobalah untuk tidak menutup diri, karena hal yang kadang menjemukan dan terasa sangat bebal di kepala bisa jadi mengandung banyak hikmah.

Kekerasan hati dan memaksakan keinginan dengan agresif adalah musuh dari sebuah semangat. Membandingkan diri dengan yang lain adalah suatu perbuatan yang akan mendatangkan kesiasian dan sungguh akan menampakkan realitas yang tidak mengenakkan. Karena mereka akan selalu menjadi yang terbaik dan tersempurna disbanding kita.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress your self with your imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a whole some discipline, be gentle with your self.

You are child of the universe no less than the trees and the star. You have a right to be here. And whether or not is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with god, whatever you conceive Him to be; and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with our soul.
